Crocs Inc revised its FY26 financial guidance upward after the brand’s Q3 enterprise revenue expanded by 5 per cent Y-o-Y to exceed $1 billion. The financial recovery was anchored by HeyDude’s return to top-line growth - posting a 6 per cent revenue increase to $170 million - driven by a 14 per cent growth in wholesale distribution. Simultaneously, Crocs’ international direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales increased by 24 per cent, led by robust market penetration across China, India, and Japan. Following these operational gains, management raised its FY 26 enterprise revenue growth forecast to approximately 3 per cent and elevated adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance to $14.45–$14.65.

Margin expansion and operational discipline stabilize portfolio growth

The brand’s adjusted gross margins expanded by 180 basis points to 60.3 per cent, supported by supply chain efficiency, higher average selling prices, and disciplined promotion management. Wholesale channel velocity and lean retail inventory positioning enabled the enterprise to offset inflationary overhead while expanding market share across footwear categories.

HeyDude's return to growth demonstrates the commercial strength of the brand’s wholesale strategy and inventory alignment, states Andrew Rees, CEO, Crocs Inc. Combining international direct-to-consumer momentum with disciplined cost controls positions our portfolio for sustainable long-term profitability, he adds.
